The program’s main goals are to promote the health benefits of exercising, increase participation in physical activities, and build self-esteem through team sports. Sport for All also organizes the physical education program in state-run schools for children 6-13 years old.

While organizing and promoting youth sports is the main focus of Sport for All, it also runs several popular programs tailored to the needs of adults and senior citizens. There are a variety of athletics programs available year-round including aerobics, weight training, swimming*. Visit the Sport for All website today to get informed…and get active!
